APPLICATIONS
Ideal applications for hot fill PET packaging include beverages, sauces, dressings and condiments that require a filling temperature greater than 55 degrees Celsius that standard PET bottles can typically accommodate. True hot fill applications usually require a nitrogen flush of the container before capping.

Pretium has hot fill bottle manufacturing capabilities in our plant in Etten-Leur, Netherlands as well as several plants in North America. If you’d like to discuss a different size of application than the 250ml and 330ml beverage bottles featured above, please contact us. Temperature: Up to 185° F / 85° C
Thickness: ~50% heavier than comparable PET bottles
